Packing and Shipping

All our products are lovingly packed in non-plastic materials and include care instruction and gift card. We use trackable postal shipping, shipment time is normally between 7-10 days. Please note that any applicable taxes and VAT in the destination country are not included.

Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Do not return the item. Send us the photos so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and work on the replacement or refund process for you.

Please note that without photos demonstrating the damage of the item, we are unable to proceed with a refund or replacement.
